Like many Lady Boomers, Liz Kitchens wears a lot of hats. She is a 25 year focus group facilitator, writer, and clay illustrator. Liz’s blog, Be Brave. Lose the Beige, reaches out to women of the Baby Boomer generation, “Lady Boomers” as she calls them, encouraging them to discover their own colorful spirits. Liz is a certified True Colors facilitator and conducts workshops using the

Jackie Sorensen is a licensed school psychologist who recently retired after 35 years working in public school systems. Jackie maintains her professional work through Orlando 

As a result of 250+ blog posts and workshops, Liz Kitchens is writing a book entitled, Be Brave Lose the Beige: A “Coloring” Book for Living Outside the Lines. This book is a must-have-manual for women of the baby boomer generation. Through the metaphor of color and whimsical, tongue-in-cheek art, this interactive guide for living life outside the lines encourages women to exercise their creativity as a way to promote wellness and brain health, to own their own time, and to enhance their overall quality of life.

A Commissioned Minister of the Arts in the United Church of Christ (UCC), Liz founded the Jeremiah Project, an after school and summer arts enrichment program designed to foster self esteem in at risk middle school aged students.

Jackie is a contributor to the Be Brave. Lose the Beige blog and is Art Director of the Jeremiah Project, an after school and summer creative arts program for at risk middle school aged students.
